MCF Staff Working Remotely to Limit Coronavirus Spread

Bob Sorge

Beginning Monday, based on recommendations by public health officials to limit the spread of Coronavirus, MCF staff who are able to work remotely will begin doing so. In addition, we are encouraging all staff to use electronic communications in place of face-to-face meetings. We appreciate your patience and support of these efforts to limit direct contact.

We understand that many of our nonprofit Fundholders rely on distributions from their endowments and we will continue to process contributions and distributions as usual. Likewise, our staff will be happy to help you direct gifts from your donor advised funds to organizations you would like to support during this time.

Our top priority is the health and well-being of our staff and our community. We recognize that we all touch many other lives that are not readily apparent in our immediate interactions and need to be cognizant of this in order to slow the spread and impact of the virus in Dane County. We will continue to follow events closely and adopt the guidance provided by city officials and public health professionals.

Take care,

Bob Sorge
