Friends of Sánchez Scholars

The mission of Friends of Sánchez Scholars is to support the Sánchez Scholars scholarship programs serving current and former Sánchez Scholars in the Madison Metropolitan School District, Madison College and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

The primary goal of Friends of Sánchez Scholars is to promote degree completion and professional success by participating Scholars through:

Advocacy for the academic achievement of first-generation Latinx students
Assistance in securing financial aid for higher education
Actively engaging current and former Scholars in the organization’s mission
