Vel Phillips Sculpture Unveiled

In July, the sculpture of Velvalea "Vel" Phillips was unveiled at the Wisconsin State Capitol Grounds. The sculpture is the first of an African American placed at the Capitol and the first of an African American woman outside of a capitol building in the U.S.

Donor Advised Fund Reform: the ACE Act
